I bought these Elvie hubs on Mercari last year for $245 and when they arrived they wouldn’t charge. I don’t have the energy to put effort into figuring it out, so just trying to recoup some of my money. Happy to answer any questions!
I asked the original seller for warranty info to try and contact Mercari, and she didn’t provide it so unfortunately I don’t have that. No visible issues, just something with the battery. Am selling hub only - no accessories.
