Recent reprints include marks from publishers like Kodansha, but this poster doesn't have any, so I don't think it's a reprint. Because the design is a regional version, it's not what's called the "main" version made by Toho headquarters, but rather a movie poster that was independently created and distributed by local promoters. Therefore, the printing quality is somewhat rough, and there are some odd design elements, but there were many such regional versions for Showa-era monster movies, and I believe this is one of them.
No pinholes, no tears.
