This is for a brand new mega set with Ash and Pikachu. Please note that this is brand new and never opened. When the manufacturer first release this, they had a problem with the seal on the one side of the box so they actually use double tape, but it’s still popped. Anyway you could see that the top and bottom seal are still brand new and never opened proving that this is a brand new piece.
