This is a Pendleton outerwear piece I purchased 25 years ago. Based on online research of the tag, which doesn't have a size indicated, I believe it's quite old, likely dating back to around the 1950s.
The large TALON zipper makes a bold statement, and I must say, it looks really cool! The pockets feature teardrop-shaped TALON zippers.
The lining is a warm, blanket-like or fur-like material. I'm not an expert, so I can't say for sure.
There's some fraying at the hem, but otherwise, there's no significant damage, so it's still very wearable.
It has the characteristic weight of vintage American clothing. Although I haven't worn it in recent years due to age and sizing issues, I've kept it clean and stored it carefully.
Isn't the real thrill of vintage clothing wearing something unique, something you won't see on everyone else!?
Everyone loves a Pendleton shirt, but I think this is a great alternative!
